We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join our team as unqualified teachers in Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools. No formal teaching qualifications are required – just the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for making a difference.
What You’ll Do:
* Teach lessons left by the class teacher or follow a general plan, adapting as needed to meet students’ needs.
* Work alongside teaching assistants to create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
* Help manage classroom behaviour and deliver pre-planned activities.
* Gain hands-on experience that could lead to a permanent role or a path into teacher training.
* Adhere to safeguarding, health & safety, and school-specific guidelines and expectations.
About You:
* You don’t need to be a qualified teacher, but you must be dependable, compassionate, and confident working with children.
* Previous experience with children or young people (e.g. in schools, youth work, or care roles) is a big plus.
* Calm, patient, and positive – especially in challenging situations.
* Flexible and ready to jump in where needed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
