Location: East Anglia and Southwest England & Wales. Duration: 12 month fixed‑term contract.
Job Purpose
The Immunology Territory Business Manager (TBM) will be responsible for managing the business for biologic in key accounts within their territory. TBMs will lead on local account planning across priority hospital accounts and the overarching Integrated Care System (ICS) structure. They will use customer, healthcare system, and business insights to develop and execute a local account strategy that maximises business potential from launch, using a range of engagement channels aligned with overall brand strategy.
The TBMs will have account ownership for Immunology in the accounts within their territory and will be accountable for identifying and maximising the most valuable opportunities based on customer, healthcare system, and business needs. TBMs will support key target customers and help further our purpose of making life better for patients with the conditions we treat.
Key Responsibilities
* Define, prepare and implement a territory business plan, based on a clear understanding of local NHS and customer priorities. The TBM will lead the development of a cross‑functional and focused business plan, working with the Regional Business Manager, VAM, MSL & MEA colleagues.
* Achieve or exceed sales and new patient start targets through a mix of focused customer interactions – including face‑to‑face calls, meetings & digital tactics.
* Develop and maintain deep expertise and product knowledge of the own therapeutic area and appropriate competitor products.
* Support HCPs by continuing to develop and grow their key capabilities in line with the company’s strategy for building lasting customer relationships.
* Maintain excellent partnership with local VAM, MSL, MEA and key Head Office colleagues to ensure good teamwork and support of the customer base, leading to optimum business achievement.

* Proven track record in identifying and converting business opportunities into growth.
* Ability to build strong internal and external relationships and manage a range of local stakeholders.
* Excellent demonstration of key capabilities such as in‑call selling skills using VBS, key account management and business planning.
* Ability to sell a broad portfolio of products across a variety of disease indications.
* Full UK driving licence.
