ELECTRICAL IMPROVER/MATE Salary: £27,000–£33,000 per year (depending on experience) Location: Sevenoaks, Kent (travel across the South East) Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm (Occasional early starts, late finishes, or weekend/overtime as projects require) The quick bit This is a pathway role into solar. If you’re an Electrical Improver or Mate with site experience and the right attitude, we’ll train you up in Solar PV and battery installs. You bring the graft and basics — we’ll build the solar skills.
