Job: Quality Coordinator
Location: Thirsk
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Head of Technical in all aspects of food safety (HACCP and BRCGS) technical and compliance matters across end-to-end operations
* Support the introduction, implementation, and continuous improvement of Food Defence compliance measures across the site
* Prepare for internal, second and third-party audit and inspection programs (including food management systems, Good Manufacturing Practices and BRC)
* Conducting internal audits and testing in areas such as hygiene verification, fabrication and micro and chemical testing
Required
* Must have own transport (car, van, etc.) due to location of site
* HACCP Level 2
* Food Safety Level 2
* Experience in a technical/quality role within a food manufacturing environment
