TheRole:
As a CharteredBuilding Surveyor, you will deliver outstanding professionalservices across a wide variety of projects. You will provide expertadvice to clients on all aspects of building surveying, includingcondition surveys, dilapidations, contract administration, andproject management. Additionally, you will play a key role inmentoring and supporting junior team members through theirAPC.
KeyResponsibilities for the Chartered BuildingSurveyor:
- To designand oversee works using recognised building contracts and tocurrent technicalstandards.
- Inspectionsto involve acquisition surveys, condition reports, measured surveysand defectinvestigations
- Toprepare reports, schedule of works and worksspecifications
- Undertakelarge value projects independently with sound knowledge on allaspects of professional consultancyservices.
Requirementsfor the Chartered BuildingSurveyor:
- RICS-accrediteddegree orequivalent
- MRICSCharteredstatus
- Moreproject focussed thanprofessional
- Strongknowledge of construction methods, materials, and legalregulations.
- Abilityto work independently and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
