3. A dedicated and supportive staff team who are passionate about creating an inclusive, engaging, and fun experience for every child.
4. A well-established, Ofsted-registered setting with a strong reputation for quality childcare and a commitment to continuous improvement.
5. Flexible working hours to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance.
6. Opportunities for additional work during school holidays through our popular and well-attended holiday play schemes.
7. An average hourly rate of up to £15, with higher pay available for experienced candidates and the ideal person who brings exceptional skills and dedication to delivering high-quality care.
8. A creative and dynamic working environment where your ideas and contributions are valued and encouraged.
9. Opportunities for professional development, including access to relevant courses and qualifications.
10. A vibrant and varied team made up of midday supervisors, teaching assistants, sports coaches, parents, students, and even former pupils - many of whom return to work with us because of the positive experience they had.
11. The chance to make a real difference in the lives of children by supporting their growth, confidence, and enjoyment through play.
The successful candidate will have:
12. Passionate about working with children and committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.
13. Reliable, enthusiastic, and able to work effectively as part of a supportive team.
14. Confident in planning and delivering fun, age-appropriate activities that promote play-based learning.
15. Able to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
16. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond to the dynamic needs of a childcare setting.
17. A strong communicator with good interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
18. Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children at all times.
19. Organised and proactive, with a keen eye for detail and a hands-on approach.
20. Ideally experienced in working within a childcare or educational setting (although training and support will be provided).
21. Aware of and aligned with the values of inclusivity, creativity, and child-led learning.
The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check along with other pre-employment checks which must be undertaken before the role is confirmed by the company.
