A Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager (with some previous Lettings experience) role to help manage a residential portfolio, managing maintenance, compliance, and landlord and tenant relationships while supporting tenancy renewals and day-to-day property management functions. Our client is seeking a Property Manager to join their London Bridge office, working within an established property management team alongside three Property Managers and a Team Leader. The role offers hands-on responsibility for a residential portfolio and close collaboration with landlords, tenants, and contractors. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Managing a residential portfolio of properties Coordinating reactive and planned maintenance, including inspections and check-outs Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to resolve day-to-day issues Instructing contractors, obtaining quotations, issuing works orders, and processing invoices Ensuring properties remain compliant with all safety and legal requirements Managing tenancy documentation, renewals, rental reviews, and section notices Handling deposit negotiations and disputes Supporting the overall smooth operation of the property management function What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Experience in property management, ideally within an agency environment Strong customer service and administrative skills Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities Confident, professional, and approachable manner Highly organised with strong time management skills Good IT literacy and confidence using property management systems What's In It For You?
