About Our Client

Job Description
3. Provide expert advice on complex risk, compliance, and regulatory matters.
4. Support and promote a positive compliance culture within the firm.
5. Manage risk and compliance projects and collaborate on new business initiatives.
6. Analyse data to improve processes and update key documents.
7. Develop policies, communications, and training programs.
8. Monitor legal changes and escalate high-risk issues as needed.
9. Mentor junior team members and handle ad-hoc tasks.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Risk & Best Practice Manager should have:
10. Extensive experience of working in risk and compliance in a law firm
11. Advanced knowledge of core compliance areas including SRA Standards, data protection, and anti-money laundering for an international law firm.
12. Strong decision-making skills based on experience in a similar role.
13. Ability to work effectively within a team, proactively supporting colleagues.
14. Consistently meets deadlines for own projects and workstreams.
