Who we’re looking for
We’re seeking a Brand Designer to be responsible for creating visually stunning and high‑performing motion ads for DolarApp’s all paid channels. Your role is to translate DolarApp’s brand and value propositions into aesthetic, premium‑quality designs that attract attention, evoke trust, and convert effectively.
Responsibilities
* Design 5–10 new concept motion designs per week for performance campaign
* Adapt visuals to multiple countries (MX, BR, AR, CO) and platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, LinkedIn
* Ensure design consistency and quality across all DolarApp use case
* Create ad variations to test performance hypotheses (different CTAs, backgrounds, visuals
* Maintain alignment with DolarApp’s visual identity and tone (premium, minimal, global
* Work closely with the Performance Marketing and Content teams to test and iterate creatives weekl
