Role Overview: As an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher, you will deliver play-based, engaging learning experiences that promote curiosity, development, and well-being. You will be instrumental in laying the foundations for children’s future learning. Role Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging EYFS lessons in line with the Early Years curriculum. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment. Track and support the progress of each child through observation and assessment. Collaborate with support staff, parents, and carers to ensure holistic development. Promote positive behaviour and uphold safeguarding standards. Requirements for EYFS Teacher: Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable. Specialism or strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum is desirable. Previous experience in an EYFS setting preferred is desirable. ECTs welcome to apply. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
