Starting Salary: £28,500 per annum
Location: Remote or Hybrid, ideally local to Birmingham, Leyland or Liverpool

Responsibilities
As part of our Graduate Development Programme, you will be involved in a wide range of pension related activities, including providing input into commercial bidding processes, overseeing company‑wide benefit arrangements and managing multi‑million‑pound transactions. You will also support our automatic enrolment process, deal with member queries and assist with the processing of contribution information.
This role provides analytical, technical, and administrative support, helping you develop expertise in commercial matters, pension scheme management and financial risk control across the organisation.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2.2 degree in Maths, Accounting and Finance or a related technical or quantitative subject.
* Strong ‘A’ Level Mathematics and GCSE English.
* Interest in apprenticeship and skill development; candidates may participate in an apprenticeship programme and pursue professional examinations.
