The Business Development Representative will provide key outbound prospecting, sales support and lead development for IFS Ultimo. The candidate must be knowledgeable in Enterprise Asset Management and ERP Applications related to targeted prospects and customer needs. He/she must exhibit the knowledge and confidence needed to establish IFS as a potential prospect. Responsibilities Engage in conversations of value given the research and understanding of the prospect and IFS Ultimo Create opportunities within prospects by illustrating areas for improvement, optimisation or automation. Work with the pre-sales and BVE teams to underpin these opportunities with business cases Utilize Pre-Call Planning methods to understand the Prospect and why IFS Ultimo is a viable solution for them Develop cold accounts into warm and targeted accounts through various efforts providing value while aggressively targeting accounts within specific Industries that IFS Ultimo has identified Work alongside Sales Representatives to set meetings and penetrate targeted accounts Work through 'Gatekeepers' to gain access to the relevant person/s in the prospective organisation hierarchy while understanding where the decision makers are located Understand the functional competitive advantages of the IFS-Ultimo solution set and customise messaging to gain account traction. Conversion of Key Targeted Accounts to the sales pipeline and develop opportunities that IFS Ultimo can continue to build a relationship Implementation of Account Based Marketing campaigns based on account plans built in conjunction with sales, pre-sales and marketing High level of communication via outbound calling, email, and social media to engage prospects to further qualify as a valid sales opportunity Regular contact with each sales rep to review assigned accounts and make necessary adjustments Maintain relationship with an assigned group of Target Accounts and develop value into working with IFS Ultimo Ability to ask open-ended questions to uncover needs, learn more about the prospect, and better qualify Keep accurate electronic records of calls and contacts and update prospect status within contact management application Communicate internally the status of all outreach and set meetings.
