What you'll be doing
* Oversee the creative expression of the Paragon Group Brands, ensuring relevance, audience connection, and consistent visual and tonal representation.
* Manage the production of all content to tell compelling stories about our brand and products across various channels.
* Lead our social media activities, from planning to execution, aiming to create value.
* Strategically select media for owned, paid, and promoted activities, supported by analytics.
* Champion brand, social, and content initiatives across the Group, bringing creativity and innovation.
About You
What you'll bring to the team
* Experience or education in Marketing, Digital, or Brand roles.
* Proven experience in content creation and social media strategy across multiple platforms.
* Strong storytelling and creative skills with attention to detail in written, graphic, and video content.
* Experience in brand strategy and delivering compelling campaigns.
* Familiarity with digital analytics and marketing tools such as GA4, Hootsuite, Talkwalker, AHrefs, Meta, TikTok, Canva, Photoshop, etc.

Working hours
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a hybrid work model requiring at least 2 days in our Solihull office.
