About the role:
As part of the Commercial Operations team, the Senior System Administrator will maintain the Labcorp BLS CRM system (Salesforce) and related tools, providing end-user support and technical expertise.
* Support the Commercial Operations Team to leverage technologies for client needs.
* Combine interests in sales, proposals, contracts, data analytics, and technology.
* Lead Salesforce Administration, including system knowledge, troubleshooting, and support.
* Maintain relationships with all Salesforce users across departments.
* Translate business requirements into functional specifications for projects.
* Support Salesforce governance processes.
* Understand technical requirements for Salesforce Automation, Microsoft Exchange, SQL Server, Active Directory, and IIS.
* Communicate effectively to promote system benefits and training.
About you:
Successful candidates will have:
* Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and tact.
* Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
* Ability to plan, multi-task, and prioritize.
* Teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to meet deadlines.
* Analytical skills and a positive attitude.
Your qualification:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 3 years' experience with Salesforce or similar.
* Salesforce Administrator Certification.
* Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
* Experience in B2B sales environment.
* Optional: Salesforce Platform App Builder and Sales Cloud Consultant Certifications.
* Life sciences industry experience preferred.
