About the Opportunity
An opportunity for a forward thinking Senior or Associate-level Project Manager to join a high-performing and rapidly growing consultancy based in Nottingham. This role is ideal for a driven and experienced professional looking to lead complex, high-value projects while playing a strategic role in the continued growth of the firm.
You’ll be delivering end-to-end project management across a broad portfolio including logistics, mixed-use, infrastructure, and commercial schemes — all within a supportive and forward-thinking consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver construction projects from feasibility to completion across a range of sectors
* Oversee project programmes, budgets, risk management, and quality assurance
* Administer contracts (NEC3/4, JCT, FIDIC) and provide commercial oversight
* Act as key point of contact for clients, contractors, and design teams
* Ensure health & safety and CDM compliance throughout the lifecycle
* Support and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of high performance
* Prepare progress reports, risk logs, and financial updates for clients and directors
* Contribute to business development through client presentations, proposals, and bids
What We’re Looking For
* Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
* Strong working knowledge of NEC3/4, JCT, or FIDIC contracts
* Proven track record of managing projects through all RIBA stages
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
* Chartered or working towards (APM, CIOB, or RICS)
* Full UK driving licence preferred
