Curate an Innovation Radar for leadership regarding upcoming platform releases and opportunities. Lead the technical framing, design, and planning of joint development initiatives. Define architectural blueprints, integration designs, delivery models, and cost/pricing estimates. Coordinate multi-party technical teams to deliver agreed-upon outcomes. Champion the Technical Platform (TP) for health assets, promoting its adoption in Asia. Translate the platforms value into tangible business benefits for various markets.
