Are you interested in joining the West Caithness Health and Social Care Integrated Team based at William Smith House, Thurso? We have an exciting opportunity within the team for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to be part of a multidisciplinary team.
Role Responsibilities
Your main responsibility will be to provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support for the Care at Home Manager and the Care at Home Service in West Caithness. You will act as the first point of contact for care staff, service users, their families, and the wider integrated team.
Candidate Requirements
To perform the duties effectively and safely, candidates should demonstrate good computer, word-processing, and typing skills, a solid understanding of office practices, excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and respect for confidentiality.
Employment Details
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 37 hours per week, typically from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, or as per service requirements.
Visa and Sponsorship
This role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a Skilled Worker visa or a Health and Care Worker visa. NHS Highland cannot provide a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
