We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our supportive, integrated health and social care cluster management team covering Crediton, Moretonhampstead, and Okehampton. You will lead a team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Band 4+3 support workers to deliver high-quality, safe, and effective rehabilitation for our local community. The post holder should be confident in audit and data interpretation, resource management, incident investigation, and contributing to clinical leadership within the service to ensure quality care.
Adaptability and passion for innovation are essential to ensure the team continues to develop in line with the national agenda on Intermediate Care and current best practices. The post holder must be able to manage competing priorities and be flexible to the demands of the cluster.
This position is primarily Monday to Friday, with expectations to provide evening, weekend, and bank holiday cover as part of the on-call rota. The working base can be Crediton Hospital or Okehampton Hospital. The post holder will need access to a vehicle to support service delivery across the Crediton, Moretonhampstead, and Okehampton Cluster.
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week.
