Paramount Personnel are recruiting for an experienced Pastry Chef for our client, at a luxury Hotel in Cornwall. The successful pastry chef will ideally be driven and motivated, and have experience at rosette level.
Our client are recruiting for a talented pastry chef, to join its kitchen team. Working to a rosette level, you will be driven and work well as part of a team, with our client operating to a rosette standard, with a reputation of using fresh and locally sourced ingredients. A close knit team who strive to work together, the pastry chef will work closely with the head chef is assistance in developing the pastry section, whilst contributing to menu development.
Daily tasks within the pastry section will involve making everything fresh, including cakes/biscuits, desserts, starter/main dishes, from the pastry section. Along with creating high end pastry dishes to the rosette standard, the pastry chef will also share responsibility for sourcing ingredients. managing costs, and delivering high end tried and tested dishes.
