At Hyde, we are committed to delivering high-quality services efficiently and cost-effectively for our customers. We are now seeking an Administrator to join our team, playing a key role in supporting supplier management, cost control and operational efficiency across our supply chain.
What you'll be doing
* Handling incoming purchasing and support services phone calls.
* Supporting invoice checks, resolving queries and maintaining supplier paperwork
* Administer purchase orders raised ensuring correct coding and appropriate approval authorisations are in place.
* Maintaining multiple shared inboxes
* Ensure correct information is provided for special material processing.
* Warehouse cover when required
* Providing general administrative support and helping the team run smoothly
What you'll bring
* Strong organisational and administrative experience
* Confident use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A strong customer service mindset
