Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join a service in Kent working within a palliative care setting. This is a part-time role (3 days per week), offering the opportunity to provide compassionate, patient-centred care.

The role involves supporting patients with life-limiting conditions, focusing on maximising comfort, independence, and quality of life. You will work closely with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of patients requiring palliative care support
* Complete functional and holistic assessments
* Develop and implement individualised care and treatment plans
* Provide equipment recommendations and adaptations to support independence
* Work closely with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team
* Maintain accurate clinical records and reports
Requirements
* HCPC registration
* Experience working within palliative care or a similar clinical setting
* Strong understanding of holistic and patient-centred care
* Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
