The Programme Manager’s aim will be to deliver first in class digital campaigns. * Project Management:Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex global and UK digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
* Client Liaison:Serve as the main contact for clients, managing expectations, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
* Strategic Oversight:Develop and implement project strategies that align with client goals and industry standards, driving innovation and best practices within the agency.
* Budget Management:Oversee project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and financial accountability.
* Quality Assurance:Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure all deliverables meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams, including Operations and Client Partnership, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.
