Description Practice Coordinator | 9834 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | £25,583 to £25,989 per annum | Grade D | County Hall We are seeking to recruit a highly focused, organised and resourceful individual to provide administrative support to the CWD Social Work Team for North Norfolk, East Norfolk and Broadland teams; and also to the Children with Disabilities Service who support the SEND and Family Help Teams with practice development. You should be able to demonstrate the following skills: Excellent ICT skills, including Excel, Word and ability learn in-house database systems Excellent telephone manner essential Good organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines Excellent customer service skills with ability to deal with people at all levels Experience of financial processes and procedures Ability to organise meetings, take and produce minutes The ability to prioritise tasks effectively Awareness of data protection and information management You will work closely with the Team Manager, Network Coordinator and Business Support team to support the frontline staff, our children/young people and their families/carers.
