As Kitchen Supervisor, you will:
* Lead the kitchen team during shifts
* Prepare and cook menu items to a consistent standard
* Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are always followed (HACCP knowledge is a plus)
* Assist with stock control, deliveries, and kitchen organisation
* Support training of new team members
* Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £12.21-£13.58 per hour
Expected hours: 14 – 48 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
* Eastbourne BN22 0AS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
