The Maintenance and Compliance Supervisor is responsible for both planned and reactive estate maintenance and statutory compliance, including health and safety, and for leading a team of College tradesmen and external contractors where needed.
Key responsibilities include delivering a planned preventive maintenance schedule to ensure buildings are operational and compliant, actively managing maintenance systems through asset management and helpdesk platforms, delivering cyclical and recurring maintenance works, and building and administering related budgets.
Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise the Estates team, including tradesmen and external contractors, for planned and reactive maintenance and compliance activities.
* Deliver and manage a preventive maintenance schedule to keep buildings operational and compliant.
* Oversee health and safety compliance as part of day-to-day estate operations.
* Maintain and utilize asset management and helpdesk systems to track maintenance activities and documentation.
* Plan, execute, and monitor cyclical and recurring maintenance works; develop and administer related budgets.
* Report to the Director of Estates and coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet priorities.
