HR Generalist
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an HR Generalist to provide key local HR support for our production site in Campsie, supporting Operational Managers on all aspects of their people strategy. You will be a key member of the HR team supporting large-scale manufacturing operations in Ireland. The role involves supporting managers with a primary focus on monitoring and providing headcount data across the site to meet business demand and ensure compliance.
Responsibilities
1. Utilize HR and other business systems to build and report on employee KPIs, enabling fact-based decision-making.
2. Monitor HR data for accuracy and quality management.
3. Support the HR team in offering advice, guidance, and support to management and staff in line with company policies and employment legislation across Ireland's manufacturing network.
4. Assist with HR systems integration and change management initiatives.
5. Provide HR support to managers to help manage staff and achieve objectives.
6. Assist HR Managers in driving HR-related initiatives and improvements.
7. Identify and evaluate development needs within the business.
8. Help develop departmental development plans to enhance skills and knowledge.
9. Implement and monitor HR procedures and ensure compliance.
10. Work with recruitment providers and hiring managers to recruit qualified candidates.
11. Resolve HR issues efficiently and cost-effectively.
12. Perform general HR administration and maintain personnel records.
13. Provide data to Payroll for accurate monthly payroll processing.
Qualifications
* At least 3 years of experience in an HR-related role, with employee relations experience.
* An HR or relevant degree is advantageous.
* Knowledge of Oracle Fusion, HCM, and ORC is advantageous.
* Proficiency in IT, HR databases, and MS Office applications.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Physical & Environmental Demands
Presence on a manufacturing site is required, including wearing PPE and observing EHS policies and best practices.
Travel
10% travel to other sites in Ireland (Burnfoot or Letterkenny).
