Farnborough Airport Limited is looking to recruit a Concierge team member who will report into the Customer Service Manager.
Within this role, you will work as part of a team to:
1. Ensure all visitors, including passengers, crews, and tenants/employees, always receive first-class hospitality.
2. Greet passengers and crew at the door, identify their flight, accompany them to the lounge as required, and handle their luggage appropriately.
3. Keep passengers waiting in the terminal informed about their flight status and guide them to the company vehicle when ready to board, ensuring their luggage is looked after.
4. Offer Concierge services to passengers and crews, meeting their requirements or seeking alternatives if needed.
5. Facilitate the arrival and departure process for passengers, including checks by Government agencies (Immigration, Customs, etc.).
6. Perform administrative duties when required and assist the Operations/Reception team as needed.
7. Demonstrate and encourage adherence to the company values: Proud, Passionate, Ambition, and Together.
8. Participate in volunteering opportunities to support the company's goal of being an Employer of Choice and Responsibility.
9. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards, including safety, compliance, environmental legislation, and GDPR.
10. Support the team with ad hoc activities/tasks as reasonably requested.
About you
1. Evidence of right to work in the UK.
2. Experience in a customer-facing role.
3. Full 5-year employment/educational history with no unexplained gaps.
4. Ability to obtain a clear Criminal Record Check (CRC) for security clearance.
5. Ability to obtain and maintain a Farnborough Airport Driving Permit.
6. Hold a full valid UK driving license or equivalent.
7. Experience in delivering first-class customer service.
8. Flexible approach with the ability to work various shift patterns.
9. Experience in airside driving.
10. Customer-facing/Concierge experience.
