The Vault Cocktail Lounge is a premium new bar set to open on Towcester High Street at the end of August 2025. Over £100,000 is being spent on converting the old bank that has been closed for almost 5 years into a premium cocktail bar, offering a wide range of drinks.
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House and bar Staff to join our vibrant team in a bustling hospitality environment. As a vital part of our establishment, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in dynamic settings and have a passion for the culinary arts and hospitality.
Experience working with cocktails would be an advantage.
Duties
* Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
* Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently.
* Take drink orders accurately, ensuring all requirements are noted.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and waiting areas.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Support bartending staff during busy periods, assisting with drink preparation as needed.
* Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support in their roles.
Skills
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is advantageous.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Team player mentality with a willingness to help colleagues across various roles, including kitchen support or bartending when required.
* Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
