* Position: Project Co-Ordinator
* Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
* Location: East Grinstead
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00, 37.5 hours per week – some flexibility may be required
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Project Administrator to support project teams across the full project lifecycle. The role involves coordinating documentation, ensuring accurate information flow, and assisting with administrative and operational project tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to project teams.
* Assist with preparing risk assessments and method statements.
* Produce draft O&M manuals for review.
* Ensure site teams receive accurate, up-to-date project information.
* Coordinate site deliveries and materials.
* Maintain project documentation and update systems, including revision control.
* Track invoices and payments to support financial reporting.
* Support pre‑construction and remedial documentation processes.
* Assist with equipment forecasting and inventory-related communication.
* Collate commissioning documentation and final O&M manuals.
* Liaise with internal departments to schedule engineering resource.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
* Experience in a technical or engineering‑related environment.
* 2-3 years of general administration experience.
* Strong communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Desirable
* Experience in construction, engineering, or project‑based environments.
* Familiarity with RAMS
* Knowledge of project management processes.
* Understanding of health & safety requirements.
