You will be responsible for inspiring and supporting our dedicated teams to deliver outstanding care services to individuals with moderate to severe learning disabilities. Requirements Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker Full, clean driving licence Key Responsibilities Provide the highest standards of care and support in all aspects of daily life. Lead and inspire the team to ensure services are Well-led, Safe, Caring, Effective, and Responsive. Support individuals to be active members of their communities, and help them access education, work, and leisure opportunities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records (both electronic and paper-based). Complete, review, and update person-centred risk assessments. Promote health, safety, and well-being while encouraging positive risk-taking. Deliver Person-Centred Active Support practices. Promote independence, choice, and dignity in all aspects of care.
