* Salary: £12.85 per hour
* Location: Devon, TQ12
* Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
* Till March 2026 with the possibility of extension
Office Based at Teignbridge District Council Forde Road Depot, Newton Abbot. Two days per week - working days are flexible.
Purpose of the Role
The Administration Assistant will be responsible for undertaking day to day Administration functions in relation the administration of their assigned department.
The role will cover enquiries linked to the booking of tennis courts, administration of passes and related payments and refunds and utilising the clubspark bookings and payments platform to also update seasonal court opening times and provide reporting information linked to our agreement with the Lawn Tennis Association and assistance in the recruitment of tennis coaches. It will also provide support to provide co-ordinated well being walks across the district.
