What You Will Do
* Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on injection moulding machinery and equipment.
* Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults promptly and effectively.
* Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they impact production.
* Respond swiftly to maintenance requests to minimise downtime.
* Collaborate with external contractors for specialised repairs or installations.
* Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
What You Will Bring
* A minimum of three years’ experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, including proficiency with schematics and logic controllers.
* Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
* Clear communication skills and attention to detail.
* A driving licence is preferred but not essential.

This role is based in Leicester, within a well‑established and easily accessible injection moulding facility.
