Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per year (depending on experience)
Location: Multi-site role covering Bristol, Exeter, Devon (candidate to be based between Taunton and Bristol or in Bristol)
Contract: Full-time, permanent

About the Role
We are seeking a Facilities Technician for a multi-site role across Bristol, Devon and Dorset. You’ll be responsible for carrying out routine workplace checks, managing maintenance schedules, and ensuring that office buildings are safe, well-maintained, and presentable.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out a range of internal repairs, including joinery, plumbing (non-qualified), painting, and general maintenance
*
Maintain external areas such as car parks, landscaped spaces, and storage facilities
*
Oversee and coordinate contractors on site
*
Raise work orders, source materials, and manage small-scale maintenance projects
*
Conduct routine building inspections to ensure safety and compliance
What You’ll Need
*
Previous experience in facilities, property maintenance, or handyman work
*
Ability to complete a wide variety of minor repairs independently
*
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
*
Good customer service and communication skills
*
Comfortable using IT systems for job management
*
Basic knowledge of heating and cooling ventilation systems (desirable)
*
Full UK driving licence (minimum 12 months)
