About the role
We are seeking a dedicated individual to work part-time in our supported living services in West Shrewsbury, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. The role involves providing high-quality support across daily activities, promoting independence, and encouraging participation in community activities of their choice, including healthy living through diet and physical activities. Note: There is no personal care involved in these services.
The ideal candidate will be a good communicator, empathetic, committed, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Basic IT skills and clear handwriting are essential. Previous experience in health and social care is desirable but not mandatory, as full training will be provided.
