Unlock your passions Kingsway Vets We are a wonderful practice located in in the historic market town of Skipton with its own 900 year old castle. The high street is bustling with cafes, pubs and restaurants and also holds a market a few times a week. Good access to the cities of Leeds and Manchester. Accessible to the Dales with its picturesque walks, rock climbing and cycling routes. Skipton has consistently been voted one of the happiest places to live in the UK. We have a friendly and supportive team of 7 Vets, 12 RVN's, 1 Student Nurse and 1 ACA. We have a well-equipped site with in-house lab, ECG, digital x-ray and new dental x-ray, rigid and flexible endoscopy, ultrasound with colour flow doppler, purpose-built building, refurbished with 2 theatres, modern prep area and separate dog/cat kennel rooms. Step into a supportive start Your normal hours of work are 40 hours per week, 4 or 5 days a week. Due to the particular needs of the business we need to operate a rota system, therefore there are no normal times of work applicable to you and your daily hours, start and finish times will vary from time to time on a rota system. The rota operates Monday to Friday inclusive. In addition, you will have a share of the OOH and Weekend rota. We have a very experienced and supportive team to guide you in your first steps in practice.
