Senior Solicitor - Banking and Finance

Our client, a leading full-service UK law firm, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Solicitor with over 10 years of post-qualification experience in Banking and Finance. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in structured finance and/or funds finance transactions.
Responsibilities
* Act as a legal advisor for clearing banks and other institutional lenders.
* Provide expert advice and representation on banking and finance matters, with a specific focus on structured finance and funds finance transactions.
* Lead and oversee complex financial transactions from structuring and negotiation to execution and closing, ensuring compliance with client policies and requirements and operating best practices.
* Develop and maintain existing client relationships, enhancing the firm\'s reputation in the banking and finance sector.
Qualifications
* Must be a qualified lawyer in England and Wales with at least 10 years of experience in banking and finance, acquired at a leading regional or national firm.
* Demonstrated high degree of sector knowledge and commercial awareness.
* Proven experience in acting for lenders on structured finance and/or funds finance transactions.
* Strong ability to manage and develop client relationships.
* Experienced in managing and mentoring junior solicitors and trainees.
