Were looking for a multi-skilled Engineer to take ownership of maintaining and operating all electrical and mechanical systems across Pulsants various data centre sites in the South - predominanly in Reading East and Maidenhead, but with flexibility required to cover other Pulsant data centres in the South region in addition when required.
In this varied role, youll provide first-fix support on M&E and minor fabric repairs, oversee and coordinate contractors, and ensure all Health & Safety requirements are met to the highest standard. Youll deliver small project works both independently and as part of a team, while also offering technical guidance and supervision on larger tasks. With the ability to contribute to reports and audits for the management team, youll play a key part in keeping our operation running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Key responsibilities: What / who we're looking for: Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, with experience working within a critical, industrial or commercial environment.
Completed electrical apprenticeship or similar - ideally with 18th edition wiring regulations.
Basic IT skills, Word and Excel.
Experience in some of the following would be very beneficial - L.V. switching, HVAC Systems, UPS Circuitry, Generators, BMS Systems, Fire Preventative Systems.
