Location: Mellor, Blackburn
Salary: Up to GBP 36,000 + Bonus + Gratuities
Hours: Full Time (40:45 hours/week)

Who We're Looking For:
Experienced Sous Chef with a love for fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Strong leader with excellent communication and team management skills.
Background in fine dining preferred.
Passionate about creating stunning dishes and elevating the dining experience.
Your Role:
Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and seasonal specials.
Lead and support the kitchen team, ensuring high:quality food service.
Manage stock control, orders, and supplier relationships.
Uphold food safety and hygiene standards.
Contribute to a seamless kitchen operation, maintaining excellence under pressure.
