We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children in a nursery setting. This role requires excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education to young children.
Duties
* Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote the development of children's social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
* Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to explore and learn.
* Supervise children during playtime, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
* Maintain clear communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
* Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive team environment focused on the best interests of the children.
* Keep accurate records of children's development and daily activities as required by regulatory standards.
* Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
Experience
* Proven experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
* A background in early childhood education or relevant qualifications is highly desirable.
* Demonstrated management and leadership skills to effectively guide and support junior staff members.
* Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
