We will be seeking a new team to include an Assistant Headteacher/Deputy Headteacher, subject teachers, outreach tutors, HLTAs, teaching assistants and admin support.
Successful candidates will have:
14. Experience and qualifications to the necessary level (e.g. QTS, PGCE, SENCO etc.)
15. Proven experience of working with specialist education for young people with SEND/SEMH
16. Solid experience of working with young people that challenge
17. Some knowledge and experience of vocational educational pathways
18. Committed, conscientious and passionate about inclusion
19. Ability to plan, evaluate and monitor learning and progress
20. Ability to differentiate all aspects of learning to promote inclusion and attainment
21. Ability to build good relationships with young people and all others supporting the pupil
22. Highly organised and have the ability to prioritise and use their time effectively
23. Resilience, stamina, flexibility and excellent inter-personal skills
24. A positive attitude to hard work and challenging situations
