Starting salary: £28,499.29 per annum

The Opportunity

As part of our growing Customer Contact Centre team, we’re look ing for a n umber of Customer Resolution Coordinators to bring warmth, clarity, and efficiency to every customer interaction .You'll be at the heart of resolving queries, managing appointments, and ensuring our customers feel supported and informed from the very first call.

Our contact centre operates between 08:00 and 20:00, seven days a week, so while you'll work a regular shift pattern, flexibility is key.

What You’ll Do:

* Be a first point of contact, handling customer queries with care and confidence
* Plan appointments and coordinate diaries for our maintenance team using IT systems
* Provide clear communication and timely updates to customers
* Ensure every enquiry is resolved quickly and efficiently
* Build strong working relationships with both customers and trade colleagues

What You’ll Bring:

* Experience within a customer-focused environment
* Excellent IT skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication abilities — verbal, written, and face-to-face
* Flexibility and great organisational skills
* Minimum of 2 GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
