Job Description
* Preparation and review of financial statements.
* Management of client portfolios including building and maintaining strong relationships.
* Providing tax advice and processing tax returns.
* Completing VAT returns and management accounts for clients.
* Assisting junior team members and contributing to their professional development.
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
* Identifying opportunities for additional services to offer clients.
* Working closely with the wider team to deliver a comprehensive service to clients.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Senior should have:
* A relevant accounting qualification. Working towards ACA/ACCA/AAT completion.
* Experience in a similar role within a professional services firm.
* Proficiency in accounting software packages.
* Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and procedures.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to manage and mentor junior team members.
