Assistant Manager – Ernest Jones
As Assistant Store Manager at Ernest Jones, you'll join a store in your local area.
You’ll support our Store Manager in achieving store targets by promoting sales, building a customer-first team, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You’ll model selling skills, coach your team, and take a proactive approach to sales management.
You’ll also run the store in the absence of the Store Manager, planning and organizing activities as needed.
At Ernest Jones, you’ll develop relationships with clients, guiding them through our collection of diamonds, watches, and luxury jewelry to help them celebrate special occasions.

We’re looking for candidates with:
* Leadership experience in retail management
* A commercially savvy mindset with a drive for results
* Experience in coaching and motivating teams
* An interest in jewelry and a passion for helping customers
