About the role:
As part of the EV Commercial Team, the Market Insights Analyst will deliver accurate, valuable analysis and insights to support the development and delivery of the EV Business Plan. This includes providing high-quality market, pricing, competitor, financial, and performance data analysis and reporting.
1. Produce concise, compelling reports, business case inputs, and snapshot dashboards to support insights.
2. Create monthly reports for key stakeholders with market, category, customer, and brand insights, along with actionable recommendations.
3. Support data and insight requests from various departments, including sales, marketing, and bids.
4. Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, and Finance teams to ensure updates are insightful, actionable, and aligned with business objectives.
5. Lead the development and implementation of improved data capture and analysis processes within the business.
Who we’re looking for:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* A degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g., Analysis, Business Strategy, Economics, Quantity Surveying, or Accounting).
* Proven experience as an Estimator in sectors such as M&E, Construction, EV, Installations, Energy, or similar.
* Experience with data management, analysis, communication software, and tools, supporting continuous improvement and system engagement.
* Strong knowledge of data sources, systems, analysis, and communication techniques.
