The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant at Nurseplus, you\'ll be at the heart of our operation — sourcing, interviewing, and placing healthcare professionals into temporary and permanent roles. You\'ll work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and ensure the best possible match with our candidates.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively attract, screen, and register new candidates
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy intake to placement
* Deliver excellent customer service to both clients and candidates
* Work towards and exceed performance targets
* Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and legislation
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in recruitment (healthcare recruitment a bonus!)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Target-driven with a positive, can-do attitude
* Organised, with excellent time management
* Confident using recruitment software and Microsoft Office
* A full UK driving licence is preferred
