The Role
As a Teacher (Qualified or Unqualified), you will:
* Deliver pre‑planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Maintain a focused, positive and productive classroom environment
* Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
* Support students across a variety of subjects
* Provide additional help to students with special educational needs or additional learning needs
* Encourage engagement, participation and high‑quality learning
This role gives you direct exposure to secondary teaching — perfect for building experience, developing confidence or stepping into a long‑term education career.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for individuals who have:
* Experience working with secondary‑aged students (youth work, coaching, tutoring, mentoring, volunteering etc.)
* Confidence leading and supporting groups in a classroom setting
* The ability to support learners with SEN / additional needs
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
* Adaptability, resilience and enthusiasm for supporting young people
* A genuine interest in education, teaching or personal development
