Job Description
Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a luxury hospitality provider, to recruit for an Operations Coordinator on a permanent basis. This role offers an opportunity to work within a high-end establishment that values customer experience above all else. The business is situated in Stoke-on-Trent and has invested significantly to distinguish itself in the market.
The Operations Coordinator role is dynamic, combining customer service, administration, and hands-on management of daily operations. Responsibilities include ensuring seamless guest experiences, updating booking information, providing advice to guests, and collaborating with the housekeeping team to maintain high cleanliness standards and identify areas for improvement.
Ideal candidates will have hospitality experience, preferably from a hotel or residential setting, with a positive attitude and confidence in stakeholder communication. Experience from restaurants or tourism sectors will also be considered.
The package includes a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum. The role requires flexible hours, covering shifts from 9-5, 12-8, and 1-9 across various days.
