As our global CRM function continues to evolve, we are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven CRM Co-ordinator to support the execution of best-in-class customer communications and loyalty experiences.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on experience to play a key role in customer communications across across data, campaigns, automation, and loyalty within a dynamic, international luxury brand.
You will work closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Technology, and Data teams to support email, SMS, direct mail, and push notification campaign execution, customer journeys, and platform operations across multiple markets.
