What do you need to be a Python AI Developer?
* 8–15 years of professional experience in process control and automation within pulp & paper, chemicals, or continuous process industries.
* Proven expertise in Advanced Process Control (APC) platforms (Aspen DMCplus, Honeywell Profit Controller, Yokogawa, ABB, or equivalent).
* Strong understanding of DCS / PLC systems (ABB, Honeywell, Emerson, Siemens) and model predictive control (MPC) principles.
* Hands‑on experience with process optimization, model‑based control, and dynamic process modeling.
* Proficiency in data analytics tools (Python, MATLAB, OSIsoft PI, Seeq) for process analysis and performance improvement.
* Demonstrated ability to integrate APC with MES / IT systems and support digital manufacturing / Industry 4.0 initiatives.
