A leading multi-channel retailer in the Cheshire area is looking to recruit a Marketing Manager to manage local marketing communication activities. They are a fast-growing and award-winning business with heavy investment from the owners and thus it will be a key appointment in their quest to continue their ongoing success
About the role
You will be responsible for overseeing brand communications, outwardly to their diverse customer base, via the management and execution of localised marketing campaigns. You will drive the brand proposition and promotional strategy in line with the customer profile and trade marketing calendar. This will involve the creation of innovative campaigns and external comms that will attract new customers, generate positive word of mouth, all the while ensuring their current customer base remains loyal to the brand.
About you
To be considered, you will ideally have a proven track record of success in a consumer-focused marketing management role where you will have delivered local marketing communications and activation campaigns. Ideal backgrounds would be retail, wholesale / distribution or other consumer facing industries. You must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the production process for above the line marketing and be able to work with offline and digital channels to create an integrated and seamless campaign.
